All day at Bracken House today, there has been a mist over the valley. When the Sun set into the haze, the Sun took on a red glow. The webcam normally shows the setting sun as a black blob, but as the Sun was in the haze, the strength of the Sun’s light was reduced. This image was taken by the webcam at 17:00, about 20 minutes before sunset, and shows the Sun shining through the mist.
