New autumn low as temperature dips to -2.2°C

The temperature at Bracken House dipped to -2.2°C at 04:34 today (November 30th). This is the lowest temperature recorded this autumn and is the lowest temperature at this location since February 11th 2012 when the temperature fell to -7.1°C.

With only a few hours to go until the end of the month, November 2012 looks like being almost 3°C lower than last year, but well short of 2010 when the average temperature was only 4.8°C.
