There were only three occasions when a significant <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Snow\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Snow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">snowfall<\/a> was recorded, and&nbsp;the deepest&nbsp;recorded snow depth was only 9.0 centimetres.<\/p>\n<p>The average <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Temperature\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Temperature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">temperature<\/a> for the season, which covers December, January and February, was 4.0\u00b0C, 0.3\u00b0C above the norm for this site. The highest temperature was 14.0\u00b0C and the lowest was -3.5\u00b0C.
